Chance of floods
The Levant continues to be affected by a subtropical high pressure system during this period, which means temperatures will remain above normal, with generally hot summer weather across the region. However, it will remain extremely hot and exhausting in low-lying areas and desert regions. A heat wave is likely to develop during this period.
