Arab Weather - God willing, and according to the latest weather forecasts from Arab Weather, a moderate air mass is expected to sweep towards the eastern Mediterranean basin, including the Levant, during the coming days, starting Wednesday, and continuing through the weekend, causing temperatures to drop across the Levant.
According to the latest weather maps, this air mass is accompanied by high humidity levels in the lower and surface layers of the atmosphere, along with the presence of certain weather factors, such as hot air near the Earth's surface and mountainous terrain. This increases the likelihood of cloud development, which may be accompanied by scattered rainfall in some coastal and mountainous areas of the Levant.
Forecasts indicate that the Syrian coastal areas, including Latakia, Baniyas, and Tartous, may have the highest chances of experiencing scattered showers from Wednesday until next Saturday, on an almost daily basis, especially during the dawn and early morning hours, due to the significant increase in humidity levels during these times. It is expected that the nature of the rain, if it occurs, will be mostly light and in scattered areas.
Arab Weather forecasters said that the remaining Levantine countries, including Lebanon, Palestine, and Jordan, are expected to be affected by the moderate air mass, with temperatures expected to drop and summer-like conditions during the day and pleasant conditions at night. Low clouds are expected, with a slight possibility of some rain clouds spreading across the Lebanese and Palestinian coasts.
God willing, the air mass is expected to be accompanied by active winds at times, which will stir up dust and dirt in the Badia Al-Sham and some exposed areas.
