The Ministry of Public Works warns of low horizontal visibility on the roads in the Badia due to dust

Arab Weather - Today, Friday, the Ministry of Public Works and Housing warned citizens of the possibility of low horizontal visibility from time to time; Due to the formation of dust on the roads in the Badia, in conjunction with the weather conditions in some regions of the Kingdom, according to information received from the Meteorological Department.

The ministry said in a press statement issued by the Media and Communication Unit, that traffic will be cut off on any road in case of low horizontal visibility in order to preserve the public safety of its pedestrians in a precautionary and temporary manner if the need arises, and according to the assessment of its cadres working in the field, in coordination with the partners in Directorate of general security.

The ministry confirmed the readiness of its cadres, which are equipped with the necessary equipment, to deal with the prevailing weather conditions in some areas, indicating that its cadres working in the field are constantly conducting field inspection tours. To resolve and process any note immediately.

She pointed out that, based on the directives of the Minister of Public Works and Housing, Engineer Yahya Al-Kasabi, coordination is carried out on a regular basis with all partners; To ensure the sustainability of services provided to citizens.
