Weather of Arabia - The President of the University of Jordan, Dr. Nazir Obeidat, decided to suspend the attendance of students at the university and the Aqaba branch until tomorrow, Sunday, in order to preserve their safety, due to the weather conditions and the heat wave that casts a shadow these days on the Kingdom.

Obeidat also decided to transfer all face-to-face student lectures to the distance education system, with the exception of those that are held in laboratories and cannot be replaced electronically, as their topic is coordinated later between the faculty member and the students.

With regard to exams, it was also decided to postpone them until further notice, and this will be done in joint coordination between the Admission and Registration Unit, the faculty member, and the students.

As for the working hours of the administrative workers in its branches, Amman and Aqaba, Obeidat decided that it would be from nine in the morning until one in the afternoon, wishing everyone safety, and that this heat wave would pass safely over the country and the region.
