Thunderstorms are expected to resume ahead of the Kingdom being affected by a second-degree low-pressure system tonight.

Arab Weather - The latest satellite images indicate a renewed activity of thunderstorms in many regions of the Kingdom during this time, accompanied by showers of rain that are sometimes thundery.

This comes ahead of the Kingdom being affected during the night hours by a second-degree (normal) low-pressure system, where the chances of rainfall are expected to gradually increase during the coming hours, to include wider areas of the Kingdom, and will be heavy at times and accompanied by lightning, thunder and hail showers, with increased wind speed.
