Tonight in Saudi Arabia: Possible snow showers in parts of Hail, Qassim and the far north of Riyadh, and temperatures approaching zero!

Weather experts at Arab Weather expect the Kingdom to be increasingly affected in the coming hours by a surge of extremely cold Siberian air mass, which will significantly and noticeably lower temperatures tonight, to levels approaching zero degrees Celsius or slightly above in large parts of the Kingdom. This will coincide with the development of unstable weather conditions, causing sleet and snowfall, which may accumulate in unusual areas of the Hail region, in addition to parts of Qassim and the far north of the Riyadh region, according to the following details:

• As night falls , the surge of extremely cold Siberian air increases, leading to a noticeable drop in temperatures to near zero degrees Celsius in Tabuk, Al-Jawf, and Hail.
• There is a chance of snow or sleet in Hail , especially around midnight, sometimes accumulating in some areas.
• The chances of snow in the Hail region include "West of Hail city, Al-Ash, Al-Sahwa, Al-Mab'utha, Jarma, Faydat Ibn Suwaylim, Al-Ghazala, Al-Sa'da, Al-Tunayb, Al-Shamli, Umm Habl, Labda, Al-Dahwa, Fayyad Al-Dahaya, Badiyat Kharit, Qamra, Umm Nakhla, Al-Shanan"
• And with the dawn hours of Thursday, the rain clouds will extend to include the Qassim region and the northern part of the Riyadh region, and may include showers of rain mixed with snow on Al-Ghat and Ar-Rass.
• As the morning hours progress, temperatures will rise and the chance of snow will diminish, although clouds and rain will persist. God knows best.
