The reason for the expected formation of dense fog is due to the rush of air currents saturated with moisture and lower temperatures coming from the Arabian Gulf, coinciding with a relative calm in wind speed during the night hours and the presence of condensation nuclei, coinciding with the absence of cloud cover in the sky due to the dominance of an area of high atmospheric pressure that works to collect and trap moisture near the Earth’s surface, which condenses into dense fog that lasts for late morning hours.
