Arab Weather - Sinan Khalaf - The latest satellite images we have received in Arab weather show the start of rain clouds forming in the Empty Quarter desert, coinciding with the start of the region being affected by a state of atmospheric instability, which is expected to renew and expand to include many regions of the Kingdom on Friday and Saturday.
