Weather of Arabia - A circulating video clip showed workers leaving a mine after it collapsed due to heavy rain a few days ago in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

And one of the people appears in the clip digging hysterically, before a worker rushes out of a hole in the mountain while dust falls on them.

After that, the workers trapped inside the mine continued to leave, with a difference of moments between them, in a strange scene, amid the overwhelming joy of dozens of people who were waiting outside the mine.

Reuters said it had verified the validity of the video clip, adding that 9 miners survived the accident and got out of the mine alive.

She stated that the Democratic Republic of the Congo is witnessing a recurrence of mine collapse incidents, especially in remote sites and areas, and in mines that are being dug illegally.

Reuters added that at least two workers were killed in a similar accident earlier this month.
