Video | Thunder clouds flood the roads of Hafar Al-Batin and turn some of its roads into torrents

Weather of Arabia - Sinan Khalaf - Hafr Al-Batin was subjected to heavy rain on Monday morning, as a result of being affected by strong thunderstorms accompanying the state of atmospheric instability that affected the Kingdom for days.

The torrential rains caused a significant rise in the water level, as rainwater flooded residential neighborhoods on many roads, causing a state of confusion.
