What makes the earth rotate... and keeps it in a permanent rotation?

Arab weather - every day, the earth completes one revolution around its axis, making sunrise and sunset a daily feature of life on this planet, and this earth's rotation began since its formation 4.6 billion years ago, and it will continue to do so until the end of the world or that God Almighty wills for it otherwise. But what makes the earth rotate? And why is it in a constant state of rotation since it was formed?
