Where are you? (protected shelter)

We set out on the Jok Win program heading north to Jerash, specifically to the Al-Mawwa Reserve, which is approximately 46 km from Amman.

Al Mawwa Reserve is located in Jerash Governorate, in the Souf area in Jabal Al-Manara in particular. It was built on an area of 1,100 dunums.

The reserve is the first of its kind in the Middle East and North Africa region dedicated to housing wild animals that are rescued from war zones, smuggled across borders, or subject to abuse in zoos, as they undergo treatment and rehabilitation in an environment that mimics the natural environment.
