How to prepare meat arayes

Ingredients

1. Half a kilo of minced veal
2. A sweet red pepper
3. Tomato - 3 grains
4. Onion
5. Half a cup of parsley
6. A tablespoon of chili
7. Salt to taste
8. A cup of olive oil
9. Arabic bread
10. Laban Rayeb
11. Pickles

How to prepare

• Chop the vegetables and add the minced meat
• All other ingredients are added to the meat mixture
• Stuff the mixture inside the bread and grease the bread with oil and put it in the oven until it is done
• Serve hot with yogurt and pickles
